Your #1 Employee – Are You Creating a Monster?
You’re not sure what happened. He’s always been one of your very best employees. In fact, he (or she) was one of the very first people you hired and he’s been right there with you through thick and thin. You can’t even pinpoint when it happened. Looking back, maybe there were other incidents that indicated an issue but they seemed insignificant at the time.
